● Technical & Analytical Edge: A mastery of Ads Manager, audience targeting, campaign optimization, and conversion tracking through the Facebook Pixel and analytics tools.

● Strategic Vision: The ability to turn business goals into targeted campaigns aligned with the customer journey.

● Creative Spark: A flair for persuasive, benefits-oriented ad copywriting and an eye for compelling visuals.

● Data-Driven Mindset: You're comfortable with numbers, love analyzing campaign performance, and know how to make smart optimizations.

● Communication Rockstar: Excellent at explaining complex ideas, reporting campaign results, and working closely with both clients and stakeholders.
