15 Days ShortTerm SEO Expert Project: Indexing and DeIndexing Issues

We're seeking an experienced SEO expert for a short-term project to address indexing and de-indexing issues on our custom-built Laravel website. This project has the potential to become a continuous engagement if successful.

Project Background:
Our three-year-old website has a dynamic sitemap with 64,768 pages, which is included in our robots.txt file.
Despite having unique content, Google is de-indexing our pages, resulting in a significant drop from 25,000 to 12,498 indexed pages.

Project Objectives:
Identify and resolve the de-indexing issue: Determine the cause of the de-indexing and implement a solution to stop it. Success will be measured by improvements in Google Search Console.
Maximize indexing of content-rich pages: Increase the number of indexed pages, particularly those currently showing "Crawled - currently not indexed" or "Google systems failed" upon re-validation.

Resources Provided:

• Full access (non-owner level) to Google Search Console
• Technical information sessions with our development team
• Latest Screaming Frog SEO Spider report and previous SEMrush reports
• Sessions with our content team (if necessary)
• 5-10 hours allocated for the project
