Are you a marketing visionary ready to lead a dynamic team in the fast-paced world of tech? Djobzy, a rapidly growing IT startup, is seeking a strategic Head of Marketing to drive our brand to new heights!
Salary: $7 an hour salary + bonuses
What We're Looking For:
- A strategic thinker with a proven track record in B2B, B2C, C2B marketing
- An expert in digital marketing, including:
- SEO: Enhancing our online visibility and search engine rankings
- Social Media Marketing: Crafting engaging campaigns across platforms
- Google Analytics & UTM Links: Analyzing metrics to optimize marketing strategies
- Ads of All Sorts: Experience with paid social media, Google Ads, and programmatic advertising with proven results from previous employment
- A creative force who can develop compelling content across various platforms
- A leader who can build and inspire a high-performing marketing team
- Solid 5+ years of marketing experience, with a focus on tech and social media marketing across all avenues
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies aligned with business goals
- Lead our digital transformation, enhancing our online presence and user experience
- Create and manage marketing budgets to maximize ROI
- Collaborate with product teams to ensure effective go-to-market strategies
- Stay ahead of industry trends and implement innovative marketing techniques
Required Skills:
- 5+ years of marketing experience, with at least 3 years in a leadership role
- Strong understanding of IT industry trends and challenges
- Excellent analytical skills with proficiency in marketing analytics tools
- Experience with marketing automation and CRM platforms
- Ability to develop cost-effective, high-impact marketing strategies
- Familiarity with conventional marketing approaches to complement digital efforts
