Tire Shop Manager

Description

We are seeking a dedicated Shop Manager to oversee our Tire Business & automotive repair shop. The ideal candidate will have a strong mechanical background, excellent customer service skills, and the ability to lead a team effectively.

Responsibilities:

• Manage day-to-day operations of the shop
• Supervise and train staff on repair techniques and customer service
• Maintain inventory of parts and supplies
• Ensure quality control standards are met
• Handle customer inquiries and provide estimates
• Oversee scheduling of repairs and maintenance
• Perform hands-on mechanical work as needed

Experience:

• Perfect in English
• Have to have great customer service experience & knowledge + enjoy serving people.
• Should be experienced in Tire Shop / Mechanical / Auto Detailing and service Business.
• Be Patient and great with customers and sales.
• Should have at least 3 years of managerial experience.
• Be available full time from 8:30 AM to 5 PM Monday to Friday.
• Flexible and eager to learn.
• Be Very punctual and consistent.
• Very good at Multitasking and experienced in performing under pressure.
• Should have drivers license and preferably own a vehicle.
• Available to work on the weekends if required.
• Preferably living in West or North Vancouver.
• Prior experience in Tires business or automotive repair as a team lead or Manager.
• Proficiency with hand tools and power tools
• Strong mechanical knowledge
• Sales experience is a plus
• Ability to lift heavy objects and Tires consistently throughout the day.
• Excellent customer service skills
