We are seeking a Senior Full Stack Software Developer to join our team in Canada. This role requires working onsite, and only local candidates will be considered. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing automated software solutions in line with enterprise best practices and design principles.

Key Responsibilities

 

 

• Design and develop automated software solutions following industry best practices.
• Collect and document solution design requirements.
• Build and test automation processes, including integration and unit testing.
• Analyze and resolve automation software issues as needed.
• Participate in peer reviews of solution designs.
• Support business process owners during user acceptance testing (UAT).
• Identify and communicate risks associated with process automation initiatives.
• Mentor newly trained resources by sharing best practices and development techniques.
• Support production deployment processes and performance testing.
   

Requirements

 

 

• Proven experience as a Full Stack Software Developer, preferably in automation.
• Strong understanding of software development principles and design patterns.
• Experience with integration and unit testing frameworks.
• Proficiency in troubleshooting and resolving software issues.
• Ability to mentor junior developers and share technical knowledge.
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Strong communication and collaboration abilities.
   

Work Conditions

 

 

• This is an onsite position, and the candidate must be based in Canada.
• Remote work is not available for this role.
