We are seeking a Manager to support our growing restaurant team!

Caffè La Tana is an award-winning artisanal Italian café nestled in the heart of Little Italy on Commercial Drive. Known for its old-world charm and commitment to authentic Italian cuisine, La Tana offers a true taste of Italy with every dish. With a focus on handmade pasta and the freshest, locally sourced ingredients, we bring the flavors of Italy to life in every bite.

Qualifications:

-A bachelor's degree in business administration, hospitality management, or a related field is preferred.
-Minimum of 3 years in restaurant management.
-Strong knowledge of restaurant operations, including front-of-house and back-of-house processes, inventory management, and financial reporting with a proven track record of excellent customer service results.
-Minimum WSET II or equivalent wine knowledge is an asset


Compensation:

- $48,000-$55,000 yearly + gratuities
