Description
Are you passionate about social media and ready to make a global impact? Djobzy is on the lookout for a Social Media Manager to lead and grow our online presence across multiple platforms.
Pay: $3/hour
Location: 100% Remote (work from anywhere)
What You’ll Do:

Develop and manage content calendars for platforms like Instagram, Facebook, X (Twitter), LinkedIn, and TikTok
-
Create engaging graphics, captions, and short-form video content
-
Monitor, respond to, and engage with the online community
-
Track performance metrics and optimize strategies based on analytics
-
Plan, launch, and manage paid ad campaigns across Facebook, Instagram, and Google
-
Collaborate with internal teams on campaigns and announcements
-
Use UTM parameters to track and analyze campaign effectiveness
-
Stay current on social media trends and incorporate them into our content
What We’re Looking For:

Strong written English and communication skills
-
Experience managing business social media accounts
-
Solid understanding of Facebook/Instagram Ads, Google Ads, and basic ad strategy

Familiarity with UTM links and tracking tools like Google Analytics
-
Creativity and skill with tools like Canva, Buffer, or similar
-
Self-motivated and reliable with good time management
-
Comfortable working independently in a remote environment
Bonus Skills:
-
Basic video editing (for Reels, Stories, TikToks)
-
Experience with ad performance analysis and A/B testing
-
Understanding of SEO and content marketing
