Description

Coil Manufacturing is an industry leader in steel fabrication, rolling services and manufacturing heavy duty machinery.

We are looking to hire a qualified fabricator for full time work.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Reliably follow drawings required for each job
• Cut, bend, form, and assemble metal using a variety of tools
• Read engineering drawings and plans
• Assemble and fit metal sections and plates together to form complete units or sub-units
• Keep workspace area clean and organized
• Perform other general labour and assistance as required

KNOWLEDGE AND SKILL REQUIREMENTS:

• Red Seal Fabricator (preferred)
• Minimum 5+ years certified fabricator experience
• AEC / DEP or Skilled Trade Certificate (preferred)
• Welding background considered an asset but not required
• Maintain a safe work environment
• Able to work independently
• Steel-toed safety boots

EMPLOYMENT DETAILS:

• Full-time employment
• Monday to Friday (7:00am – 3:30pm) OR Monday to Thursday (3:30pm - 2:00am)
• 100% paid benefits after 3-month probationary period
