We are looking for apprentices mentored by a Journeyman electrician in smaller crews of 2-3 on most sites. We believe in promoting personal and career growth within our organization. There isn’t a typical day here, you can expect to work on a variety of different projects, anything from commercial tenant improvements to distribution upgrades, to EV charging and Solar, to residential renovations and new construction.

You must currently live in the Vancouver area to apply for this position, and have a reliable means of transportation.

About the position: We are looking for Apprentice Electricians who also have a mode of transportation and full set of hand tools.

Job Qualifications:

• Positive and self-motivated attitude
• Full time working hours, opportunity for overtime
• Typical 8 hour shift Monday to Friday
• Great team working environment and culture (work trips, holiday parties, BBQ’s and much more)
• You must hold a valid BC Class 5 driver’s license and have good driving record
• You must have your own transportation
• Mentorship opportunities from Journeyman and Project Managers
• Organization and accountability
• Familiarity with technology for systems and time tracking (Jobber, Gmail, Google Drive)
• 1 to 2 years experience in residential new construction and renovations
• 1 to 2 years experience in commercial new construction and renovations
• Troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
